A true nature escape, our area is not wired for high speed Internet. We know how important it is for guests without a local data plan. We make it available for those in need.
With the exception of one, all of our cabins are on the water. You can’t build this close to a lake anymore. These cabins are one-of-a-kind.
Most cabins have a private dock. Those that don’t have access to a large dock.
If you are staying in the Boathouse, you can keep your boat out of the elements in the boat slip below.
Help yourself to either of our kayaks and explore the water’s edge.
Both of our luxury units, The Boathouse and The Loft include saunas.
Our luxury units, The Boathouse and Loft are available 365 days a year.

Our Guest’s Reviews
“This was one of the best cabin rental experiences. The house is built with great care and utmost functionality. We loved how we could pass our steaks through the kitchen window straight to the BBQ! The scenery is breathtaking and the sauna was great. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone considering it.”
“If you are looking for a place to turn the cell phone off, reconnect with nature and relax while enjoying the amazing hospitality of a great host team…. this is the place. If you want beautiful scenery,…sunrises and sunsets shimmering across the water,…the smell of the boreal forest and the lake,…ear ringing quiet at times (especially if you can get out on the lake),… and more…. this is the place you need. Your expectations will be surpassed. The only problem is that I did not want to leave. It was actually painful to have to pack our things and physically drive away. I guarantee you will feel the same. Be prepared. Thank you Shelley and a very special thank you to Kyra and Al for the amazing customer service, hospitality and flexibility. The property, scenery and cabin were far beyond our expectations and it was the quiet and relaxing getaway we were looking for. Thank you. Jason and Irene.”
“This cabin was a perfectly beautiful, clean and quiet getaway! My partner and I travelled up to Manitoulin Island for our anniversary and found communication friendly and prompt and the cabin is easy to find from the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry. We found the space incredibly clean and we were struck by the view on the lake. You’re also super close to Mindemoya, where we had beautiful dinners at Maja’s Garden and Garden’s Gate, and M’Chegeeng First Nation, where we visited Neon Raven Art Gallery. Not only are you close to the culture of the island, but the nature and swimming on the lake is astounding. We didn’t make it to the Cup and Saucer trail due to rain, but we would definitely plan on returning to this sweet cabin to continue exploring. Thanks for a lovely visit!”
“The cabins at Camp Mary Anne are simple but have all you need for a relaxing stay at Lake Manitou. The view from the cabin is spectacular and all the highlights on Manitoulin Island are nearby. We had a real nice stay at Camp Mary Anne! The location is great and the cabin has all you need. We loved the quite area, the view at the stars and the sound of the wolves at night. We have recommended Camp Mary Anne to our Canadian and international friends.”
