Stunning, brand new, and fully furnished you will be hard-pressed to find anything of this caliber on Manitoulin Island. You literally can’t get you any closer to the water – you’re overhanging it! 

This luxurious waterfront rental sits out over the water on Lake Manitou in Mindemoya, Ontario, and can accommodate four guests. The accommodation includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, and a half bathroom. The bedroom contains a king-size bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area that sleeps two. In the full bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a walk-in shower, and a sauna that comfortably fits two to three people. Linens and towels are provided.

In the main living room, guests will find vaulted ceilings, high-end finishes, a stacked stone gas fireplace, a cozy sitting area that looks out over the water, a dining area, and a full kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Other amenities include a TV, and a DVD player.

Outside, there is a wraparound deck, a grill, and seating.

Cabin 3 – Log Cabin

Lakeside log cabin on the shores of Lake Manitou, Manitoulin Island, Ontario.

This original log cabin is one-of-a-kind. Built in the early 1900s, it was where the butler stayed for the original owners who built the camp and would come to stay every summer.

This lakeside cabin rental is located in Mindemoya, Ontario, on Manitoulin Island, and can accommodate four guests. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have one queen-size bed. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub/shower combo. Bedsheets are provided and towels are not.

In the main living area, guests will find a large picture window with a beautiful lake view, a sitting area, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, a coffeemaker, a toaster oven, and a teapot. Additionally, there is a dining table that accommodates three. Other amenities include limited Wi-Fi access.

Outside, there is a cozy deck with seating, a private dock, a grill, and a fish cleaning facility.

"This cabin was a perfectly beautiful, clean and quiet getaway! My partner and I travelled up to Manitoulin Island for our anniversary and found communication friendly and prompt and the cabin is easy to find from the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry. We found the space incredibly clean and we were struck by the view on the lake. You're also super close to Mindemoya, where we had beautiful dinners at Maja's Garden and Garden's Gate, and M'Chegeeng First Nation, where we visited Neon Raven Art Gallery. Not only are you close to the culture of the island, but the nature and swimming on the lake is astounding. We didn't make it to the Cup and Saucer trail due to rain, but we would definitely plan on returning to this sweet cabin to continue exploring. Thanks for a lovely visit!"

"This was one of the best cabin rental experiences. The house is built with great care and utmost functionality. We loved how we could pass our steaks through the kitchen window straight to the BBQ!
